Deskripsi Pekerjaan

As a trainee, you’ll be refined for future leadership roles in our Head Office, supporting 5 dynamic businesses (Retail Apothecary, Hotel, Manufacturing, F&B, Properties). You will:

Develop Expertise: Master Finance/Accounting/Tax (FAT) under senior mentors + certifications
Solve Real Challenges: Drive projects impacting multiple business units
Fast-Track Growth: Transition to employees for high-performing trainees

Kualifikasi

Fresh Graduate (S1 Accounting/Finance preferred, GPA ≥ 3.0)
Basic knowledge of PSAK/IFRS and Indonesian tax regulations
Excel skills and interest in accounting software/OS
Analytical problem-solvers with high attention to detail
