Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Maintain and manage the company’s accounting system to ensure data integrity and reliability.
- Ensure all financial data is credible, accurate, and up-to-date.
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and improvement areas.
- Monitor and improve internal control processes to ensure compliance and minimize risk.
- Simplify and streamline accounting functions and operational workflows.
- Develop financial plans and strategies to support company growth.
- Evaluate and manage financial risks.
- Coordinate and oversee internal and external audit processes.
- Develop and implement financial strategies, including risk minimization plans and opportunity forecasting.
- Ensure full compliance with Indonesian laws, tax regulations, and relevant financial and industry standards.
- Provide financial reports and insightful analysis to support strategic decision-making.
- Identify cost efficiency opportunities and recommend cost-saving initiatives across the organization.
- Prepare corporate tax reports, including SPT Badan and supporting documentation such as Transfer Pricing Documentation (TP Doc).
- Provide input to management on operational decisions based on a deep understanding of the business.
- Supervise and regularly review the performance of accounting and tax staff, ensuring development and alignment with company standards.
- Review and verify that financial statements are prepared credibly and in accordance with PSAK.
- Ensure financial reports are completed on time and submitted monthly.
- Coordinate with other departments to communicate and align on the company’s financial condition.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Master’s Degree or CPA/Brevet A&B certification is a plus)
- Minimum 4–6 years of experience in accounting and taxation, with at least 2–3 years in a supervisory role
- Strong knowledge of PSAK, Indonesian tax regulations, and SPT Badan & TP Documentation
- Proven experience in preparing and reviewing financial statements, monthly closing, and internal audits
- Excellent understanding of financial risk management, cost control, and financial forecasting
- Strong attention to detail, analytical mindset, and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in accounting software (e.g., Accurate, SAP, or other ERP systems)
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with data analysis tools
- Able to lead, coach, and review accounting and tax team performance
- Strong interpersonal skills to work cross-functionally with other departments
- Excellent time management skills and ability to meet deadlines consistently
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and commitment to compliance
