- Min. Diploma 3 degree in Finance or Accounting
- Min. 1 year of experience in Finance or Accounting admin. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Basic skills in Finance & Accounting to journal
- Basic skills in Excel
- Good communication skills
- Attention to detail and tidy in administration
- Eager to learn, versatile, and not hesitate to inquire
- Able to multitask and work under pressure
Kualifikasi
- Audit the General Journal records of the Rekosistem Group and its subsidiaries.
- Create and record daily accounting journal entries into the system (general journal, adjustments, corrections).
- Ensure all transactions comply with accounting principles (PSAK/IFRS).
- Manage and reconcile general ledger (GL) accounts.
- Ensure account balances match recorded transactions (accurate and up-to-date).
- Reconcile accounts (cash, bank, accounts receivable, accounts payable, etc.).
- Prepare reconciliation reports and identify the cause of any discrepancies.
- Prepare and process month-end adjusting entries.
- Assist with the monthly and year-end closing process.
- Ensure that complete and valid transaction evidence is available before recording.
- Verify journal entries from other departments, if necessary.
- Support the preparation of monthly financial reports (balance sheet, profit and loss, cash flow).
- Provide supporting data for internal and external audits.
- Provide documents and reports required by auditors if necessary.
- Ensure compliance with SOPs and financial reporting standards.
