Deskripsi Pekerjaan

  1. Prepare daily accounting operations, including monthly, quarterly, and annual statements, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations
  2. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure proper financial documentation
  3. Responsible for Tax Invoices and VAT end-to-end process
  4. Responsible for withholding taxes (WHT) process including Articles 21, 23, 4(2), 26
  5. Responsible for CIT calculation and CIT return
  6. Ensure full compliance in monthly and annual taxes, i.e. tax return, tax payment, tax filing submission to Tax Office in accurate timely manner
  7. Assist in tax planning and provide recommendations for optimizing the company's tax obligations
  8. Liaise with tax consultants and local tax authorities as necessary including handling tax audits, objections and appeals

Kualifikasi

  1. Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from reputable university
  2. Have a minimum GPA of 3.00 out of 4.00
  3. Proven experience in a Tax Consulting firm or a creative agency is a PLUS
  4. Experience for at least 2 years as Accounting and Tax Staff
  5. Have a good knowledge in Accounting and Tax (especially in tax compliance and tax dispute)
  6. Have strong knowledge and up to date with Indonesian Tax Regulation, especially in creative agency/service company
  7. Have strong interpersonal and communication skills
  8. Be learning-oriented & highly attention to numerical details
