Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Lead Accounting & Tax team
- Manage reconciliations to align system transactions, bank statements, and internal ledgers
- Maintain accurate financial reports and up-to-date bookkeeping records
- Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, tax filings and compliance
- Monitor changes in tax regulations
- Lead month-end and year-end closing processes with timely completion
- Act as the primary point of contact for tax and financial auditors
- Prepare audit documentation and responses
- Manage audit timelines and implement audit recommendations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting
- Brevet A & B is a must (Brevet C is a plus)
- Min. 3 years experiences in accounting, taxation or any related fields
- Solid understanding of tax compliance (VAT, PPh21, PPh23, PPh4(2), PPh25, PPN, SPT)
- Strong knowledge of GL accounting, journal entries, month-end close, and financial statements
- Strong reconciliation skills between bank, system, and ledger
- Ability to communicate technical accounting/tax concepts clearly
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
