- Managing data entry from all operational processes being done accordingly to the accounting system.
- Receive, compile, and file all financial documents in a tidy and timely manner to ensure proper document management.
- Coordinate with third parties, including vendors and customers regarding all financial documentations needed by the company.
- Actively communicate with operational team to ensure all data needed for monthly closing activity are provided accordingly.
- Adhering to best practices in accounting, as outlined by industry experts and espoused by the company.
Kualifikasi
- Have an accounting degree from vocational high school level at minimum.
- One year experience in accounting would be a plus point.
- Can work independently and to work as a team.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good with numbers and have skills in operating Ms. Excel.
- Able to work in a fast-paced and high pressure working environment.
- Have good skills of analyzing, planning, negotiating, and problem solving.
- Willing to work in Legok.
