Deskripsi Pekerjaan
As an Account Support, you will be responsible for supporting the Business Development team in managing orders and ensuring the efficient handling of orders and inquiries. Your area of responsibility is, but not limited to:
- Process and track orders from clients accurately and promptly.
- Coordinate with internal teams such as logistics, warehouse, and finance to ensure seamless order fulfillment.
- Provide customer service by promptly addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Prepare regular sales reports, order status updates, and other relevant documentation for the account managers and management.
- Assist the account managers in preparing sales proposals, quotations, and presentations for clients.
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in sales support or administrative roles is beneficial, especially in the FMCG industry.
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required. A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is an advantage but not mandatory.
