We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Account Specialist to manage the onboarding process for enterprise clients. This role is responsible for setting up client accounts, organizing client requirements, and ensuring a smooth transition from sales to operational support. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience working with enterprise-level clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end onboarding process for new enterprise clients
- Set up and configure client accounts accurately in internal systems
- Gather, organize, and document client requirements and business needs
- Act as the main point of contact during the onboarding phase
- Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Operations, Product, and Support) to ensure successful implementation
- Ensure all onboarding tasks are completed within agreed timelines
- Monitor onboarding progress and provide regular status updates to stakeholders
- Identify and resolve issues that may arise during account setup
- Maintain accurate records of client information and onboarding activities
- Support continuous improvement of onboarding processes and documentation
Kualifikasi
Requirements:
- Experience as Sales Admin, or Customer Service is a plus
- Strong written communication skills
- Detail-oriented and well-organized in lead administration
- Familiar with CRM tools, Google Sheets, or similar platforms
- Able to work fast, responsive, and collaborative in a team environment
