The Opportunity:
As Account Receivable Staff, you will be part of the Finance team to streamline operations and enhance the overall efficiency of the AR function to ensure accurate cash collection from customers.
What You Will Do:
- Maintain a high AR reconciliation rate, aiming for 99.9% accuracy, particularly in B2C & B2B collections.
- Monitor and manage the AR aging report, ensuring prompt follow-up on overdue accounts.
- Work closely with other departments (Ops, Product, and Commercial) to handle daily issues.
- Prepare and provide daily data for the lead or manager to analyze the AR process.
Kualifikasi
What We Need:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in finance or accounting, especially in B2C product.
- Experience with accounting and ERP systems is a plus (e.g., Odoo, SAP, Oracle).
- High attention to detail to ensure accuracy in financial reports and ability to handle large transactions.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with clients and internal teams.
