Deskripsi Pekerjaan

  • Reconciliation cash in payments (customer payments)
  • Reconciliation of purchase transaction calculations (partnership-dark store/grab kiosk)
  • Collection documents and other supporting documents for invoice preparation (PO, Surat Jalan, Faktur Pajak, GRN. LPB, etc.)
  • Preparation Invoicing on a daily basis (tukar faktur)
  • AR COD updates/ customer hold - Horeca (Horeca & General Trade - Retail)
  • Bulk reject & Bulk Paid

Kualifikasi

  • minimum D3 degree in finance & accounting discipline
  • Strong analytical and logical thinking
  • Strong communication skills and quantitative abilities
  • Strong knowledge of financing principles and procedures
  • Good understanding of financing regulations
