Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Reconciliation cash in payments (customer payments)
- Reconciliation of purchase transaction calculations (partnership-dark store/grab kiosk)
- Collection documents and other supporting documents for invoice preparation (PO, Surat Jalan, Faktur Pajak, GRN. LPB, etc.)
- Preparation Invoicing on a daily basis (tukar faktur)
- AR COD updates/ customer hold - Horeca (Horeca & General Trade - Retail)
- Bulk reject & Bulk Paid
Kualifikasi
- minimum D3 degree in finance & accounting discipline
- Strong analytical and logical thinking
- Strong communication skills and quantitative abilities
- Strong knowledge of financing principles and procedures
- Good understanding of financing regulations
