Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Record and monitor journal entries for import trade payables, local trade payables, and import advance payments.
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of accounts payable transactions.
- Reconcile payable balances and resolve discrepancies with related departments.
- Maintain proper documentation for AP records and support month-end closing.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Accounts Payable or accounting, preferably in manufacturing industry.
- Familiar with AP journal entries, trade payables, and import transactions.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting/ERP systems.
- Detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to work under deadlines.
- Have awareness of Health, Safety & Work Environment culture as a top priority
- Willing to be placed in Serpong, South Tangerang
