What You Will Do:
- Assisting in receiving and processing invoices from vendors.
- Assisting in the 3-way matching.
- Assisting in recording into the accounting system.
- Assisting in processing payments.
- Assisting in reconciling accounts payable transactions and resolving discrepancies.
- Assisting in communicating with vendors to address billing inquiries and resolve payment issues.
- Assisting with month-end and year-end financial close processes.
Kualifikasi
What We Need:
- Fresh Graduate or final semester in college (no fixed classes to attend)
- Internship experience in accounting or accounts payable is preferable
- Familiarity with accounting software
- Familiarity with Excel formulas
- Attention to detail
- Problem-solving ability
- Team Player
