Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Identify and acquire new SME clients while maintaining strong relationships with existing customers to ensure long-term business growth.
- Assess clients' financial status, analyze creditworthiness, and process loan applications according to the bank’s policies and risk management guidelines.
- Monitor and manage the performance of assigned SME lending portfolios to minimize risks and ensure timely repayments.
- Identify market opportunities and provide financial solutions tailored to SMEs’ needs to drive lending growth.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Banking, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Min 2 year experiences as Account Officer/Relationship Manager handling SME Segment under 25 Bio
- Has strong database in SME Segments
- Has strong analytical and communication skills.
- Ability to acquire new clients, maintain relationships, and negotiate loan terms effectively.
