Role Overview
We’re looking for a tech-savvy Assistant Manager who thrives at the intersection of client management and AI solutions delivery. You’ll act as the bridge between clients and our tech teams, translating marketing needs into clear AI deliverables, ensuring smooth execution, troubleshooting bottlenecks, and strengthening client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a translator between client goals and AI product capabilities — turn marketing needs into actionable tech tasks
- Understand and demo Aisensum’s AI platforms to clients, provide onboarding and education
- Generate and review performance reports, turn insights into next-step recommendations
- Build strong, consultative client relationships and ensure high satisfaction
- Manage campaign timelines, priorities, and deliverables in coordination with AI, Design & Performance teams
- Conduct UAT / validation testing of AI outputs before client delivery
- Troubleshoot workflow or delivery issues with internal stakeholders
- Support leadership in AI Marketing department with business intelligence, feedback loops, and operational suggestions
Kualifikasi
What You’ll Need
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Marketing, or Business.
- >3 years of experience in digital marketing, SaaS, product support, or AI-adjacent environments
- Hands-on experience with AI tools like ChatGPT, Midjourney, Runway, AdCreative.ai, etc.
- Familiarity with product prototyping or code assistant tools like Cursor, Notion, Trello, or Figma
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Highly organized, agile thinker able to manage multiple fast-moving parts
- Data-savvy and analytical – comfortable turning dashboards into stories
- Curious mindset, eager to learn and evolve in the fast-changing world of AI
