PRIEDS is an emerging SaaS startup in the ERP & IoT business solutions industry, supporting digital transformation across Indonesia. As part of Telkom Indonesia, we’ve been trusted by companies in 25+ cities, delivering innovative software and IoT-based solutions that drive operational efficiency in the era of Industry 4.0.
In line with our mission to digitize industries, PRIEDS has launched TUDI — a dedicated entity focusing on IoT hardware solutions, especially RFID technology. TUDI is a sister company of PRIEDS, specializing in RFID and IoT hardware solutions for automation, access control, asset tracking, and industrial efficiency. We empower businesses to digitize their operations through our smart, connected devices and scalable hardware systems.
To support our growth, we’re looking for a passionate and agile Account Manager to help us connect with more industries in need of intelligent hardware solutions.
What You Will Do:
- Identify and reach out to potential clients across industries who need RFID or automation solutions.
- Conduct needs assessments, product presentations, and solution-based selling using a consultative approach.
- Collaborate with the technical team to ensure tailored and accurate solutions are presented to prospects.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients throughout the sales and implementation cycle.
- Follow up post-sales for customer satisfaction, upselling, and long-term account retention.
- Deliver consistent feedback to the product and business team based on client needs and market insights.
Kualifikasi
What You Will Need:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT, Business, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in technology, automation, or industrial solutions.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- High level of adaptability and willingness to travel frequently.
- A consultative selling mindset with a basic understanding of IoT or RFID systems is a strong plus.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple client pipelines.
