Deskripsi Pekerjaan

  • Conduct outbound calls and reach out to prospective clients to generate new business opportunities.
  • Identify client needs and present suitable PRIEDS solutions through customized product demos.
  • Act as the primary liaison throughout the sales cycle — from initial contact, proposal submission, negotiation, to deal closure.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to drive satisfaction, retention, and growth.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure a smooth handover and solution implementation.
  • Provide ongoing aftersales support and follow-ups, ensuring client success and identifying upselling opportunities.
  • Track and manage leads, opportunities, and account activities using CRM tools.
  • Prepare and present progress reports and sales forecasts to management.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in B2B Account Management or Client Success, preferably in an IT or SaaS company.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to manage complex accounts and build long-term client relationships.
  • Comfortable discussing technology solutions and collaborating with technical teams.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first mindset.

Preferred Qualifications :

  • Familiarity with ERP, CRM, SCM, or WMS systems.
  • Experience working in IT consulting, software implementation, or digital transformation projects.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools such as HubSpot, or similar.
