Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Manage and nurture relationships with clients, ensuring long-term partnerships
Act as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams, including creative, digital and media teams
Develop and oversee integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels
Monitor campaign performance, analyze data and provide actionable insights for optimization
Lead client meetings, presentations and strategic discussions to ensure alignment with business objectives
Identify new business opportunities and contribute to agency growth
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and meet quality standards

Kualifikasi

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication, Advertising, or a related field
Minimum 1 year of experience as an Account Manager, Account Executive, or in a similar role within a marketing agency
Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and project management skills
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities
Ability to manage multiple projects and work under tight deadlines
Deep understanding of digital marketing, branding, social media, and advertising strategies
Experience in handling multichannel marketing campaigns (traditional & digital)
Proficiency in using project management and marketing analytics tools is a plus
