Deskripsi Pekerjaan

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including HR teams, Finance Directors, and company leadership.
  • Act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring high satisfaction and long-term engagement.
  • Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts to drive revenue growth.
  • Conduct onboarding sessions, training, and webinars for employees to educate them on available benefits and how to utilize them.
  • Monitor employee participation and usage of benefits, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in B2B sales, account management, or business development, preferably in HR solutions, financial services, or employee benefits.
  • Proven track record in managing corporate clients, particularly HR leaders, decision-makers, and C-level executives.
  • Strong consultative selling and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to analyze client needs and propose tailored solutions to enhance employee benefits programs.
  • Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Results-driven, proactive, and highly motivated.
  • Understanding of HR processes, employee benefits programs, and corporate financial services is a plus.
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure client success.
