Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including HR teams, Finance Directors, and company leadership.
Act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring high satisfaction and long-term engagement.
Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts to drive revenue growth.
Conduct onboarding sessions, training, and webinars for employees to educate them on available benefits and how to utilize them.
Monitor employee participation and usage of benefits, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

Kualifikasi

Minimum 3-5 years of experience in B2B sales, account management, or business development, preferably in HR solutions, financial services, or employee benefits.
Proven track record in managing corporate clients, particularly HR leaders, decision-makers, and C-level executives.
Strong consultative selling and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to analyze client needs and propose tailored solutions to enhance employee benefits programs.
Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Results-driven, proactive, and highly motivated.
Understanding of HR processes, employee benefits programs, and corporate financial services is a plus.
Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure client success.
