Deskripsi Pekerjaan

  • Identify and acquire new clients in the FMCG sectors (including Tobacco and Alcohol).
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Manage and refine past sales campaigns to build a more targeted and efficient approach.
  • Ensure that target industries meet a minimum of Qualifying Business Characteristics and oversee the development of an ideal customer journey for new customer acquisitions.
  • Track and manage all sales pipeline activities up to the closure of sales opportunities (i.e. PO is signed).
  • Identify client needs and develop tailored advertising strategies across online and offline media channels.
  • Maintain a lead generation size of 120 leads consistently every month.
  • Calculate and analyze Customer Retention Rate (CRR) to assess retention performance.
  • Foster a collaborative team environment that encourages innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Analyze sales performance, pipeline health, and key KPIs.
  • Provide regular reports to management with insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and set actionable goals for individuals and report to management.
  • Implement feedback from customers and sales data to enhance overall sales strategies.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in sales, account management, or business development..
  • Experience in the Tobacco, Alcohol, or FMCG industries is a plus.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute successful sales strategies and exceed sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, interpersonal skills and relationship-building skills and strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Strong analytical skills for data-driven decision-making.
  • Strong network and knowledge of key players in the industry.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts while seeking new opportunities.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and Management Tools (Trello, Jira, Notion, etc).
  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and prospects.
  • Hard worker, passionate, strong teamwork and professionalism.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
