Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Supervise and oversee account division members to drive revenue and exceed targets within existing business.
- Develop and implement a renewal campaign strategy.
- Forecast renewal pipeline.
- Work closely with the heads of other divisions to provide cross selling opportunities.
- Encourage and lead collaboration between teams.
- Ensure Account Executives are promoting services at all relevant events to existing clients.
- Encourage, support and develop team, monitoring their success and conducting regular performance reviews.
- Ensures that Account Divisions is fully staffed, trained and deployed to maximize client services.
- Handle client escalations with a high level of client-facing skills and sales expertise.
- Build relationships with decision-makers within existing clients.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field OR the equivalent in work experience.
- 3+ years experience working in sales, account management or project management.
- Proven track record exceeding growth goals.
- Excellent multitasker with a keen attention to detail.
- Experience building long-term professional relationships.
- Proven track record of delivering on quota and obtaining positive reviews.
- Ability to manage multiple projects with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment and adapt to changes.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and all levels of management, internally and externally.
- Exceptional knowledge of digital platforms.
- Excellent communication skills including written, verbal and presentation.
- Preferred: 3+ years experience working in digital marketing and creative industry.
