Deskripsi Pekerjaan

  • Work cross-functionally within the company to communicate with all stakeholders in customers' success.
  • Create and maintain relationships with customers to better understand and achieve their needs.
  • Understand client needs and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling our IT products and services.
  • Assist in the creation and presentation of proposals to clients.
  • Handle any client issues, resolving them efficiently and professionally.
  • Monitor account performance and provide regular updates to both the client and the management.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in any major.
  • High willingness to learn and adapt in a rapidly evolving industry.
  • Prior experience in a similar role is a plus, but not mandatory.
  • Fresh Graduates are welcome.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple accounts and tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a client service orientation.
  • Problem-solving skills, with a knack for understanding and addressing client needs.
  • Fluent in English (oral and written).
