- Identify potential opportunities and able to follow up lead
- Selling company product through various channel, direct and partner
- Maintaining a deep knowledge of company products and services
- Build and improve relationships with customers, key stakeholder and partners
- Educate and inform clients/partner about the company’s products, services and special offers
- Attend to client/partner/stakeholder complaints and resolve issues promptly
- Conduct customer satisfaction surveys and recommend ways of improving client/partner satisfaction
- Work with internal departments to ensure company meets clients/partners expectations
- Ensuring high client/customer satisfaction
- Lead the project to deliver the product and services
