Deskripsi Pekerjaan

  • Achieve sales targets.
  • Maintain strong relationships with principals and distributors.
  • Identify solutions and opportunities for clients.
  • Follow up with clients until securing a Purchase Order (PO).
  • Exhibit strong negotiation skills.
  • Present i3 solutions effectively, including understanding and communicating the company's products and solutions.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum of a bachelor's degree (S1) with a GPA of at least 3.00
  • 2–3 years’ experience in IT sales or business development.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills with customers, principles, and distributors.
  • Proven experience in handling Financial Services Industry (FSI) accounts such as banking, insurance, financing institutions, and other financial-related sectors.
  • Proven experience in handling enterprise accounts (government, telco, BUMN, manufacturing, healthcare)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proactive, target-driven, and able to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
