- Monitoring and managing contracts with the clients for contract extensions and/or terminations, persuading and negotiating for contract extensions, and resolving problems related to the contracts.
- Actively manage relationships with the clients during collaboration, understand and comprehend client needs, analyze opportunities to increase sales and recommend them to clients, maintain long-term relationships with clients.
- Monitoring occupancy, analyzing and providing strategic recommendations to fulfill occupancy.
- Analyze and prepare sales reports according to standards.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or Management
- Good communication, negotiation, presentation and interpersonal skills
- At least 1 year of working experience (hospitality or startup background is a plus)
- Passionate in sales, account management, and target oriented
- Tech Savvy
