Client Management:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their goals and expectations.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and fostering long-term partnerships.
  • Present campaign proposals, strategies, and performance reports to clients, providing insights and recommendations.

Project Coordination:

  • Manage KOL projects from inception to completion, ensuring all deliverables are met on time and within budget.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, including creative, strategy, and analytics, to execute KOL campaigns.
  • Ensure seamless communication and collaboration between clients and KOLs.
  • Translate and communicate client briefs effectively to internal teams, ensuring all members understand the objectives and requirements.

KOL Management:

  • Identify and recruit suitable KOLs for various campaigns, aligning with client objectives and target audience.
  • Negotiate contracts, fees, and deliverables with KOLs, ensuring mutual agreement and understanding.
  • Manage KOL relationships, providing guidance, support, and feedback throughout the campaign lifecycle.

Campaign Execution:

  • Develop comprehensive campaign plans, including timelines, budgets, and KPIs.
  • Oversee the creation and approval of campaign content, ensuring it aligns with client branding and messaging.
  • Monitor campaign progress, making adjustments as necessary to optimize performance.

Performance Analysis:

  • Track and analyze campaign metrics, providing detailed reports on performance and ROI.
  • Identify key insights and learnings from campaigns, applying them to future projects to improve outcomes.
  • Present post-campaign analysis to clients, highlighting successes and areas for improvement.

Market Trends:

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging platforms, and best practices in KOL and influencer marketing.
  • Provide clients with strategic advice on leveraging new trends and opportunities in the digital space.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in account management, digital marketing, or influencer marketing.
  • A strong client portfolio with proven ability to build and maintain relationships.
  • Strong understanding of KOL and influencer marketing strategies and trends.
  • Proven project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
  • Creative problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • A proactive attitude and ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and client needs.
