Arkademi is a fast-growing education technology company, offering high-standard training programs for corporate clients. Our goal is to help companies upskill their workforce through flexible, online and offline training delivery.
We are hiring Account Executives to support our growing need for client acquisition in the B2B training sector. This position is suitable for sales professionals who thrive on performance-based rewards and flexible working arrangements.
Site working – South Jakarta (Remote)
Employment Type: Contract (6 months, extendable)
Work Arrangement: Full remote with mandatory in-office evaluation once a month
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and qualify B2B leads through various sales channels
- Conduct cold calls, online meetings, and client visits
- Present training solutions and close sales deals
- Coordinate training delivery and ensure client satisfaction
- Meet monthly and quarterly targets set by the company
- Work closely with marketing team and use company-provided sales tools
Kualifikasi
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management in the training, education, or related service industry
- Demonstrated success in closing B2B deals
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Comfortable working under tight targets and remote conditions
Compensation & Benefits:
- Attractive commission scheme based on performance (up to 5%)
- Monthly health allowance up to IDR 100,000
