Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities across various industries and market segments.
- Proactively generate leads and acquire new clients through networking, referrals, cold outreach, and business development activities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, agencies, brands, and business partners.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations to understand business needs and offer suitable solutions.
- Prepare and deliver proposals, quotations, and commercial presentations.
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting, pitching, negotiation, closing, and account handover.
- Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
- Explore upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and client satisfaction.
- Prepare sales pipeline reports, revenue forecasts, and business development updates.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's Degree (D3/S1) in Communications, Marketing, Business, Public Relations, or related fields.
- Minimum 2–4 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Account Management, or Client Acquisition.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and generating new business opportunities.
- Experience managing the sales process end-to-end, from lead generation to deal closing.
- Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Experience in media, entertainment, advertising, creative agency, event, digital, or related service-based industries is highly preferred.
- Proactive, target-driven, and results-oriented mindset.
- Existing network within brands, agencies, corporate clients, or business communities will be an advantage.
- Passion for sports and football-related content is a plus, but not required.
