Client Relationship Management :

Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with clients.

Act as the main point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring timely and effective communication.

Understand client business challenges, goals, and industry trends to provide strategic advice.

Solution Consulting :

Identify client needs and recommend IT solutions utilizing Salesforce, Zendesk, Zoho, and Google Workspace platforms.

Collaborate with technical teams to design and present solution demonstrations.

Ensure proposed solutions align with client objectives and budgets.

Partnership Management :

Maintain a deep understanding of Salesforce, Zendesk, Zoho, and Google Workspace product offerings and updates.

Work closely with partners to leverage their resources, tools, and programs.

Drive joint marketing initiatives and co-sell opportunities with partners.

Revenue Growth and Account Expansion

Identify opportunities with potential clients

Achieve or exceed sales targets and KPIs.

Develop and execute account plans for strategic clients.

Account Coordination

Coordinate with internal delivery teams to ensure successful implementation of solutions.

Monitor project progress, resolve issues, and ensure client satisfaction.

Manage account renewals and contract negotiations.

Market Intelligence

Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies in the IT and CRM domains.

Share insights with internal teams to enhance product and service offerings.

Keep abreast of industry trends and developments, and provide market intelligence to the management team.

Manage all the administration matter in sales division collaboration with finance

Kualifikasi

  1. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, or related fields.
  2. Experience: 2 years of experience in sales/account executive role, preferably in IT consulting.
  3. IT Consulting Knowledge: Solid understanding of CRM platforms and IT solutions processes like Salesforce, Zendesk, Zoho, and cloud solutions Google Workspace and their applications in addressing client business challenges. Certifications in Salesforce, Zendesk, or Google Workspace are a plus.
  4. Sales Expertise: Proven track record in achieving sales targets, negotiation, closing deals and negotiating contracts.
  5. Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage and influence.
  6. Relationship Building: Strong interpersonal skills to foster client trust and loyalty.
  7. Customer-centric Approach: Ability to understand client needs and recommend suitable IT consulting solutions.
  8. Strategic Thinking: Ability to align IT solutions with client business goals.
  9. Project Management: Capable of managing multiple accounts and projects simultaneously. Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
  10. Result-oriented: Driven by achieving and exceeding sales goals in the competitive IT consulting market.
