Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Sales and Revenue Generation
- Identify and prospect potential clients from industries assigned.
- Develop and maintain a sales pipeline to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Initiate meetings, build proposals, and present advertising solutions to clients, as well as recommend suitable ad placements or other partnership opportunities in the newspaper or other media platforms.
- Negotiate advertising rates and contracts to secure business.
Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs and goals.
- Provide excellent customer service and organized project management throughout any client’s project, including addressing client inquiries, concerns and requests promptly.
- Regularly update clients on the status of their advertising campaigns and provide performance reports.
- Collaborate with clients to design effective advertising campaigns that align with their objectives, as well as working with the creative and production teams to ensure ad materials are of high quality and meet deadlines.
Product Knowledge and Market Research
- Stay informed about the newspaper's content, media products and events, circulation, readership demographics and other advertising options.
- Keep up to date with industry trends, competitors and emerging advertising platforms.
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and market trends.
Kualifikasi
- Has min. 2-3 years' experience working as an Account Executive or related position.
- Candidates with sales experience in the media/newspaper industry will be prioritized.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, advertising or a related field is preferred.
- Detailed understanding of the media & retail industry proven from the latest client portfolio with excellent networking skills.
- Excellent negotiation and presentation abilities.
- Excellent interpersonal and analytical thinking to approach and expand ways to reach new
- potential clients.
- Superb work ethic and attitude is essential.
