Deskripsi Pekerjaan

  • Monitor all metrics related to business performance across all channels, including tracking deliverables and performance, analyzing data, generating reports, providing insights, and driving improvements.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for high-level clients and internal teams regarding all inquiries related to Streamlab.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term partnership success.
  • Provide comprehensive business reports, including forecasts, growth projections, actionable recommendations, and campaign performance across live streams, content, affiliates, and ads.
  • Develop and implement merchandising strategies through live streams, content, affiliates, and ads.
  • Plan, execute, and manage campaigns in collaboration with platforms.
  • Ensure a smooth and timely financial process.
  • Collaborate closely with the commerce team, particularly on SKU selection, brand strategy, and promotions.

Kualifikasi

  • Have experience in Key Account Management or a related role, preferably in e-commerce.
  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business, Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
  • Interest in live streaming platforms (e.g., TikTok, Shopee Live) and e-commerce trends.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Highly proactive, detail-oriented, and goal-driven.
