Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Manage a portfolio of Enterprise customers, owning the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
- Deliver and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets, focusing on both new business and growing existing accounts.
- Understand customer needs and identify opportunities to expand within existing accounts and convert new prospects.
- Leverage your solution selling expertise to effectively respond to customer needs and identify business opportunities to build long-term, strategic partnerships.
- Strengthen client relationships through regular engagement and face-to-face meetings.
- Maintain solid knowledge of ECM solutions and stay updated on evolving software, hardware, and technologies to ensure high-quality service.
- Participate in industry events and collaborate with Business Development, Pre-sales, and Marketing teams to drive pipeline growth.
- Develop account strategies and territory plans for the Indonesian market.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, International Relations, Marketing, or a related field
- Min. 1 year of working experience, fresh graduates are welcome
- Proven track record of success in full-cycle sales
- Credibility at all levels, with demonstrated ability to build positive relationships both internally, with customers and partners
- Familiarity with software solutions or the IT industry is a plusKnowledge in selling complex solutions
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skillsProactive mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
- Highly motivated, resilient, and ambitious, with a strong desire to build a career in ELO
- English and Bahasa Indonesia professional proficiency is required
- Mobility especially around Jabodetabek area
