Account Executive

We're hiring an Account Executive (Performance Marketing Focus) at Esensi Digital.

📍 Gading Serpong, Tangerang — WFO

Mid-level. 2–3 years in. The kind of person who sees a problem before anyone else notices it — and already has three ideas by the time someone brings it up in a meeting.

Not someone who waits. Not someone who needs a checklist to feel safe.

If you're that person, here's what the job actually looks like:

• You own your accounts. Not co-own. Not "support". Own.

• You talk to clients before they have to reach out to you

• You think in funnels — CPL, CVR, CTR — not just vanity numbers

• You handle multiple clients at once and keep your head straight

• You push back when something doesn't make sense, even if it came from the top

• You bridge the gap between what clients want and what we can actually deliver

Hard pass if:

• You're looking for something slow and structured

• "Wait for instructions" is your default mode

• Your go-to response to a bad month is "the market was tough"
