Deskripsi Pekerjaan

  • Identify potential opportunities and able to follow up lead
  • Selling company product through various channel, direct and partner
  • Maintaining a deep knowledge of company products and services
  • Build and improve relationships with customers, key stakeholder and partners
  • Educate and inform clients/partner about the company’s products, services and special offers
  • Attend to client/partner/stakeholder complaints and resolve issues promptly
  • Conduct customer satisfaction surveys and recommend ways of improving client/partner satisfaction
  • Work with internal departments to ensure company meets clients/partners expectations
  • Ensuring high client/customer satisfaction

Kualifikasi

  • Diploma or bachelor degree in Public Relation, Communication, Marketing
  • Have at least 2 years of experience in sales (B2B)
  • Familiar with IT products or IT Services is a plus
  • Ability to sell and maintain strong client and business relationships
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Target Achiever and Customer-oriented
  • Able to work under target
  • Able to create and do presentation
