Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Customer Communication: Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via chat, email, or other platforms.
Team Coordination: Act as a bridge between the operational team and customers to ensure clear and efficient communication.
Issue Resolution: Address and resolve customer concerns, escalating them to the appropriate team when necessary.
Process Monitoring: Ensure the visa application process runs smoothly by tracking progress and updating customers regularly.
Administrative Support: Assist in maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and updates.

Kualifikasi

A bachelor’s degree (S1) from a reputable university, preferably in Business Administration, Communication, or related fields.
Prior experience in customer service, administration, or a similar role (preferred).
Strong communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English (written and verbal).
Proficiency in using communication tools such as WhatsApp, email, and CRM systems.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
A customer-oriented attitude with a problem-solving mindset.
