Deskripsi Pekerjaan

  • Customer Communication: Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via chat, email, or other platforms.
  • Team Coordination: Act as a bridge between the operational team and customers to ensure clear and efficient communication.
  • Issue Resolution: Address and resolve customer concerns, escalating them to the appropriate team when necessary.
  • Process Monitoring: Ensure the visa application process runs smoothly by tracking progress and updating customers regularly.
  • Administrative Support: Assist in maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and updates.

Kualifikasi

  • A bachelor’s degree (S1) from a reputable university, preferably in Business Administration, Communication, or related fields.
  • Prior experience in customer service, administration, or a similar role (preferred).
  • Strong communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English (written and verbal).
  • Proficiency in using communication tools such as WhatsApp, email, and CRM systems.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • A customer-oriented attitude with a problem-solving mindset.
