Deskripsi Pekerjaan

  1. Plan, execute, and evaluate offline educational programs such as workshops, classes, seminars, and training sessions.
  2. Manage scheduling for offline programs and coordinate with tutors for smooth program delivery.
  3. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of programs, collecting feedback from participants.
  4. Supervise and support program coordinators, facilitators, and support staff. Provide training and development.
  5. Contribute to the improvement of operational workflows within study abroad mentoring program.
  6. Build and maintain relationships with educational institutions, partners, and stakeholders to promote programs.
  7. Ensure all programs comply with regulations and safety standards.
  8. Serve as the primary contact for handling complaints related to offline programs and services.

Kualifikasi

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Education, Operations Management, or related field.
  2.  Minimum of 1 year in operations management, preferably in an educational or edutech environment.
  3. Understanding of educational content, offline program operations, and stakeholder management.
  4. Project management and scheduling.
  5. Budget management and financial tracking for program execution.
  6. Data analysis for evaluating program effectiveness.
  7. Ability to adapt quickly.
  8. Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  9. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  10. Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to operational challenges.
  11. Willing to work Onsite in our head office (Jakarta)
