The Academic Curriculum Senior Officer's role is to ensure effective curriculum development and deployment. This involves tutor recruitment and training, maintaining high-quality teaching materials, managing the Kobi learning system, and collaborating with HR, tutors, and stakeholders. Additionally, the officer will develop & implants all new products for language skills.
- Work closely with the HR team to recruit tutors all products
- Train tutors on the Kobi system, ensuring they can teach to Kobi's high standards, especially for English products.
- Ensure that PPT materials and other teaching resources are of high quality.
- Perform regular teaching material evaluations every 6 months, and make updates as needed.
- Prepare teaching materials and other academic resources as required to meet curriculum needs.
- Oversee the maintenance of the Kobi Learning Management System (LMS), including handling issues and inputting new content like questions and quizzes.
- Develop and implement strategies for academic products that are aligned with Kobi’s mission, vision, and goals.

Kualifikasi
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in English Education or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Fluent in English, with a minimum IELTS score of 7.5.
- 2-5 years of experience in academic curriculum development, preferably in an online education environment. Prior teaching or tutoring experience is a plus.
- Experience in working with cross-functional teams.
- Strong understanding of curriculum development principles, instructional design methodologies, and educational standards.
- Familiarity with current trends in education, including technology integration and experiential learning.
- Knowledge of Learning Management Systems (LMS) and educational technology tools.
- Hard Skill: Proficiency in educational content creation, project management tools, and Competence in data analysis and assessment
- Soft Skill & Attitude: Strong leadership, analytical thinking, excellent communication, adaptability, and collaborative mindset.
