Overview:
The Academic Curriculum Intern will play a key role in supporting the operational planning and execution of educational programs tailored for corporate clients and schools. This position offers a hands-on opportunity to gain experience in both curriculum development and operational management within a fast-paced edtech company.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of existing academic products.
- Assess and enhance the current academic curriculum to ensure relevance and quality.
- Input, evaluate, and refine language practice tests within Kobi's LMS for optimal performance.
- Design and develop placement tests tailored to Kobi's products, ensuring accuracy and alignment with learning objectives.
Kualifikasi
Requirements:
- Current undergraduate students, recent graduates, or entry-level professionals are encouraged to apply.
- Previous experience in project management, event coordination, customer service, or supporting educational activities is preferred
- Not participate in volunteering/KKN/PKL/other internship activities during the internship program at Kobi
- Strong organizational skills, effective communication, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and class scheduling software is a plus.
- Proficiency in computer applications such as Google Docs, Zoom, Google Meet, Google Classroom, Excel/Spreadsheets, and other Learning Management Systems.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and client-focused mindset.
- High attention to detail and proactive in addressing operational challenges
