Overview

The B2B Academic Curriculum and Operations Intern will play a key role in supporting the operational planning and execution of educational programs tailored for corporate clients and schools. This position offers a hands-on opportunity to gain experience in both curriculum development and operational management within a fast-paced edtech company.

The intern will assist in overseeing the logistics of B2B educational offerings, such as classes, workshops, and training sessions. Key responsibilities include coordinating schedules, ensuring resources are in place, monitoring quality control, and supporting client communications. A key part of this role will be ensuring that educational programs meet client expectations and align with the company's objectives for operational excellence and client satisfaction. This is an exciting opportunity to develop valuable skills in project management, client relations, problem-solving, and educational operations, all while ensuring that programs run smoothly, meet client needs, and align with company goals.

Job Description:

  1. Overseeing and coordinating multiple class schedules simultaneously for B2B clients
  2. Ensuring all logistical aspects of B2B programs are well-prepared, including class materials, platforms, venues, and technology
  3. Ensuring high client satisfaction with operational logistics of the classes, addressing issues proactively, and ensuring smooth delivery of educational programs
  4. Reporting and documenting class performance and areas for improvement
  5. Working with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality programs

Kualifikasi

Requirements:

  1. Current undergraduate students, recent graduates, or entry-level professionals are encouraged to apply
  2. Previous experience in project management, event coordination, customer service, or supporting educational activities is preferred
  3. Strong organizational skills, effective communication, and problem-solving abilities.
  4. Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  5. Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and class scheduling software is a plus.
  6. Proficiency in computer applications such as Google Docs, Zoom, Google Meet, Google Classroom, Excel/Spreadsheets, and other Learning Management Systems.
  7. Strong problem-solving abilities and client-focused mindset.
  8. High attention to detail and proactive in addressing operational challenges.
