Deskripsi Pekerjaan

  • Concept Development: Create visual concepts for 3D environments and sets. Collaborate with Art Director, producers, and creative teams to align designs with project goals.
  • 3D Modeling and Texturing: Design detailed 3D models of sets, props, and environments. Apply textures, lighting, and materials for realistic or stylized visuals.
  • Technical Integration: Ensure designs are optimized for rendering, animation, or real-time engines (e.g., Unreal Engine). Address technical constraints and compatibility across platforms.
  • Storyboarding and Visualization: Develop previsualizations and animatics for set layouts. Use sketches or 3D software to communicate ideas effectively.
  • Collaboration and Feedback: Work closely with production, animation, and VFX teams. Revise designs based on feedback and project requirements.
  • Research and Inspiration: Study references, trends, and styles to innovate designs. Incorporate accurate details from specific genres or themes.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure designs meet technical and artistic standards. Troubleshoot and refine models during production.

Kualifikasi

  • Proven experience (1+ years) in 3D Design, especially for designing stages / set.
  • Proficiency with 3d design software (e.g., SketchUp, AutoCAD, Blender).
  • Knowledge of eSport stages and set.
  • Ability to work in high-pressure, fast-paced environments and adapt quickly to changes.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with diverse teams.
  • Passion and interest for gaming and esports; knowledge of popular games and the gaming community is a plus.
