Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Lead the development of 3D design projects from concept to final render (booth, event activation, product visualization, stage design, etc.)
Translate client briefs into creative 3D executions that align with campaign objectives
Collaborate closely with creative directors, art directors, and project managers to deliver high-impact visual experiences
Provide guidance and quality control for junior designers and freelancers
Stay up to date with design trends, tools, and production techniques

Kualifikasi

Min. 4–5 years of experience in 3D design, ideally in an agency or production environment
Proficient in 3D tools
Strong command of rendering software
Familiar with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator)
Strong portfolio showcasing spatial/installation design, retail display, booth, or event setups
Able to work under tight deadlines while maintaining quality
Creative, detail-oriented, and proactive team player
Plus: Experience in motion or animation is a big advantage
