Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Collaborate with Project Managers and fellow Animators to maintain an efficient and successful production process.
- Produce high-quality work using a well-planned thought process in 3D animation projects.
- Manage work quotas and deliver assigned work responsibilities based on workflow and schedule.
- Train, mentor, or supervise the work of entry-level animators.
Kualifikasi
- Understanding of 3D Anamorphic Illusion.
- High competency with 3D software such as Blender/3Ds Max.
- Excellent understanding of modeling, texturing, lighting, scale, and environment.
- Exceptional creativity, innovative design skills, and keen attention to detail.
- 3+ years of professional experience with design software, including Blender, Adobe, 3D Studio Max, etc.
- Proven experience with 3D design, with a strong portfolio of work.
- Interest in conducting research and experiments on relevant technologies and best practices to support the 3D modeling pipeline.
- Team player who can also work independently.
- Organizational and time-management skills for meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Have a 3D animation showreel.
- Ability to prioritize and demonstrate flexibility when handling multiple projects.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
