Jess No Limit & Sisca Kohl’s team is looking for a skilled 3D Animator to join our growing creative production unit. You will play a key role in producing high-quality 3D animation content across a variety of creative and business-driven projects. As part of our team, you will contribute to bringing characters, environments, and stories to life, working closely with the relevant teams to ensure visually engaging, technically sound animations. We’re looking for someone with strong storytelling instincts, full-pipeline animation skills, and a commitment to consistent, on-time delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Produce high-quality 3D animations with consistency, attention to detail, and creativity
- Manage tasks across the full animation pipeline, including Modeling, Texturing, Rigging, Animating, Lighting & Rendering
- Collaborate with directors, writers, and other related teams to bring storyboards and concepts to life
- Ensure all animations meet the required style, tone, and technical specifications
- Participate in review sessions and implement revisions based on feedback
- Deliver work on schedule while maintaining quality standards
Kualifikasi
Job Requirements:
Technical Skills:
- Proficient in industry-standard 3D software such as Blender, Maya, or 3ds Max
- Solid understanding of animation principles and the full 3D production pipeline
- Strong skills in character animation, scene composition, and visual storytelling
- Experience with lighting and rendering techniques is a plus
Experience:
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience in 3D animation
- Experience working on projects such as short films, series, commercials, or branded content is highly valued
Portfolio:
- A strong portfolio is required, showcasing your best animation work
- Should highlight both technical capabilities and creative storytelling
Soft Skills:
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to manage time effectively and take ownership of responsibilities
- Must be available for full-time, on-site work in West Jakarta
- Dedicated, quality-driven, and committed to meeting deadlines
