Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Develop, review, and optimize footwear upper patterns to ensure manufacturability, product quality, and compliance with technical specifications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support sample development, commercialization, and mass production readiness.
- Identify and resolve pattern-related production issues while driving continuous process improvements for quality, productivity, and cost efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Product Design, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Pattern Engineering, Product Engineering, or Process Engineering within the footwear manufacturing industry.
- Solid knowledge of footwear construction, pattern development, and production processes.
- Experience in sample development, commercialization, and production support is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with CAD pattern systems is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work in a cross-functional environment.
- Good command of English, both written and spoken, will be an advantage.
- Able to work effectively and result-oriented with fast-paced environment.
- Have awareness of Health, Safety & Work Environment culture as a top priority.
- Willing to be placed at Serpong, South Tangerang.
