Job Description
We're hiring a Social Media Specialist who doesn't just post — who can stop the scroll, start a queue at our door, and make Jakarta fall in love with our brands one video at a time.
Panna Hospitality Group runs some of Jakarta's most-loved dining brands — GAISE Brunch & Bistro, 3 Times Bakery & Kitchen, and SUTBUL Modern Korean Dining, including the city's first truly pet-inclusive dining experience. We have great food, beautiful spaces, and a story worth telling. We need someone who can tell it — fast, on-trend, and every single day.
This is a hands-on creator role. You shoot, you edit, you post, you reply, you grow.
What you'll own
- Content creation: shoot and edit short-form video (Reels, TikTok) and photography that makes our food and spaces irresistible — mostly on your phone, on location, in our outlets.
- Channel management: run our Instagram and TikTok across brands, with a content calendar that keeps each brand's voice distinct and consistent.
- Trend-jacking: spot trends early and turn them around the same day — you live on TikTok and the Jakarta food scene.
- Community: reply to comments and DMs, engage followers, and turn customers into fans (and content).
- Campaigns & KOLs: support launches and promos, and coordinate influencers/food creators for collabs and visits.
- Growth & analytics: track reach, engagement, saves, and follower growth — and tie it to what actually matters: footfall and reservations. Report what's working and do more of it.
Requirements
You're a strong fit if you have
- A real track record creating short-form video that performed — you can show us the accounts and the numbers.
- Strong hands-on editing (CapCut or similar) and a good eye for food/lifestyle content.
- Deep fluency in TikTok and Instagram — formats, hooks, trends, and what makes people save and share.
- A fast, organized, self-starting style — you can run a content calendar without being chased.
- Based in Jakarta and happy to be on-location in our outlets.
Bonus points
- F&B, lifestyle, or hospitality content experience.
- Photography / editing skills (Lightroom, Canva) and copywriting in Bahasa and English.
- An influencer/food-creator network in Jakarta.
- You've personally grown an account to a meaningful following.
What success looks like in your first 90 days
We post consistently across all brands, follower growth and engagement are climbing, you've made at least one piece of content that visibly drove people through our doors, and we have a content system that runs — not a scramble.
