With a strong focus on visual storytelling, customer engagement, and brand innovation, we're looking for a driven Outlet Manager to take the lead at one of our outlets — someone who turns great service into unforgettable guest experiences.
What You'll Do
- Lead daily restaurant operations end-to-end — opening & closing, staff scheduling, and inventory control
- Recruit, train, and develop a team that consistently delivers high service standards
- Safeguard food & beverage quality and consistency to keep guests coming back
- Own outlet performance — track sales, manage costs, and hit operational targets
- Handle guest inquiries and feedback professionally, turning complaints into loyalty
- Keep the workspace clean, safe, and fully compliant with health & sanitation standards
Requirements
What You Bring
- Proven experience as a Restaurant/Outlet Manager or similar role in F&B
- 3–5 years as a Restaurant Manager (preferred)
- Strong leadership — you build solid, cohesive teams
- An excellent communicator: personable, confident, and clear
- Skilled at managing both service and kitchen operational flows
- Resilient under pressure with sharp multitasking
- Open to flexible scheduling — night shifts, weekends, and holidays
