Job Description

Planning and Development: Develop and plan the implementation of Compensation & Benefits (C&B) systems and procedures.
Retention Programs: Design and evaluate employee retention programs.
Database Management: Manage and oversee HR-related databases, including HRIS (Human Resource Information System) and time attendance systems.
System Enhancement: Continuously evaluate and improve C&B systems for attracting and retaining employees.
Efficiency and Sustainability: Ensure that the HRIS is effective in supporting the company's sustainability.

Requirements

Experienced as a Payroll/Compensation & Benefits Supervisor in a large-scale company.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and capable of providing data reports.
Knowledgeable about labor laws and other regulations related to employment.
Familiar with HRIS (Human Resource Information System) and PPh 21.
Accustomed to operating, verifying, and monitoring large amounts of data.
Meticulous and detail-oriented.
