Job Description

  • Planning and Development: Develop and plan the implementation of Compensation & Benefits (C&B) systems and procedures.
  • Retention Programs: Design and evaluate employee retention programs.
  • Database Management: Manage and oversee HR-related databases, including HRIS (Human Resource Information System) and time attendance systems.
  • System Enhancement: Continuously evaluate and improve C&B systems for attracting and retaining employees.
  • Efficiency and Sustainability: Ensure that the HRIS is effective in supporting the company's sustainability.

Requirements

  • Experienced as a Payroll/Compensation & Benefits Supervisor in a large-scale company.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and capable of providing data reports.
  • Knowledgeable about labor laws and other regulations related to employment.
  • Familiar with HRIS (Human Resource Information System) and PPh 21.
  • Accustomed to operating, verifying, and monitoring large amounts of data.
  • Meticulous and detail-oriented.
