Job Description
- Participate in a comprehensive Management Trainee program designed for leadership development.

Requirements
- Fresh Graduates or those with a maximum work experience of 2 years.
- Minimum GPA 3.25 (D4/ S1) or 3.5 (S2).
- Graduated from Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Physics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, and Mechatronics Engineering.
- Have an internship experience.
- Actively engage with non-academic activities or organizations.
- Open-minded, agile, and update with industrial trends.
- Willing to be placed all over Indonesia.
