Job Description
- Mengkompilasi dan mengusulkan pembaruan struktur organisasi.
- Melakukan evaluasi jabatan dan penyusunan deskripsi jabatan.
- Menyusun dan mengevaluasi pengembangan kompetensi.
- Implementasi program penilaian kinerja.
- Berpartisipasi dalam analisis pengembangan organisasi.
Requirements
- Pendidikan min. S1 Psikologi
- Memiliki pemahaman/ pengalaman menyusun Job Description, Job Evaluation, serta Competency
- Memiliki pemahaman/ pengalaman terkait konsep Organization Development
- Mampu mengelola data berbasis Ms. Excel
- Memiliki Kemampuan Analisa, Konseptual, dan Logika Berpikir yang baik
- Bersedia penempatan di Sidoarjo
