- Mahasiswa semester akhir/ lulusan S1 Hukum
- Memiliki pemahaman terkait peraturan perundang-undangan khususnya ketenagakerjaan
- Terbiasa dengan pekerjaan administratif
- Aktif, mau belajar, dan komunikatif
- Bersedia penempatan di Semarang, Jawa Tengah
