Job Description
Mengimplementasikan dan memonitor kegiatan human capital development (people & organization development, recruitment & assessment) untuk memastikan ketersediaan dan pengembangan sumber daya manusia maupun organisasi yang menaunginya.
Requirements
- Pendidikan min. S1 Psikologi / Manajemen SDM
- Memiliki pengalaman 2-3 tahun mengelola tim dalam fungsi Human Capital Development perusahaan FMCG
- Mampu menjalankan dan memahami proses end to end recruitment & selection
- Memiliki pemahaman dan pengalaman terkait people & organization development (job management, talent management, learning development, employee engagement)
- Bersedia di tempatkan di kantor marketing, Jakarta Pusat.
